Servies Offered

I offer a range of specialized services tailored to meet your individual needs.

Swedish Gentle vs Firm Massages

With a Swedish massage you will enjoy a relaxing, full-body treatment that uses light to almost firm pressure with long flowing strokes, gentle kneading, and circular movements to improve circulation, ease muscle tension, and promote overall relaxation.

Therapeutic massage: Focuses on addressing specific areas of muscle tension, pain, or dysfunction using techniques like deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, and targeted pressure. It aims to relieve chronic pain, improve mobility, and support the body’s natural healing process.

Pre/Post-natal Massages

Prenatal massage offers relief from pregnancy-related discomforts like back pain, swelling, and muscle tension by improving circulation, reducing stress, and promoting relaxation. It helps alleviate common issues such as leg cramps, headaches, and joint pain, supporting overall well-being during pregnancy. Postnatal massage aids recovery after childbirth by reducing muscle stiffness, improving circulation, and easing tension. It also supports emotional well-being, helping new mothers relax, reduce stress, and improve their body’s alignment as it recovers from pregnancy and delivery.

Deep Therapeutic vs Deep Pressure

Deep pressure massage involves applying firm, intense pressure to release tension in muscles, often focusing on areas of stiffness or discomfort. It’s typically used to address muscle tightness and can be more intense but is not necessarily therapeutic in the medical sense. A deep therapeutic massage, on the other hand, combines deep pressure with specific techniques to address injuries, chronic pain, or muscle imbalances. This type of massage is more focused on healing, using targeted methods to promote recovery, improve mobility, and alleviate long-term pain or dysfunction.

Added Services

Below is a list of additional services to include with your 60 to 90 minute session or add 10, 15, 30 minutes onto your session catering to a specific need.

Face Massage

A facial focuses on skincare, using cleansers, exfoliants, masks, and moisturizers to improve skin health and appearance, while a massage targets muscle relaxation and stress relief. A face massage stimulates blood flow, reduces tension, and promotes lymphatic drainage. Massaging the face can help reduce puffiness, improve skin tone, and enhance relaxation, leaving the face feeling refreshed and revitalized.

Head Hands and Face

Add to your service to receive more time on each or just one set of hands, feet and scalp.  Massage on the hands, feet, and scalp provides soothing relief by targeting pressure points and relieving built-up tension. On the hands and feet, it improves circulation, reduces soreness, and promotes relaxation through gentle kneading and reflexology techniques. Scalp massage stimulates blood flow to the hair follicles, easing stress and promoting a sense of calm. Overall, these areas are highly sensitive, and the massage provides deep relaxation, helping to release tension and create a calming, rejuvenating experience.

Stretching

Stretching in a massage involves guiding the client through passive stretching to elongate muscles and improve flexibility. It helps reduce muscle tension, enhance range of motion, improve circulation, and alleviate discomfort. This process promotes relaxation, mobility, and pain relief for the client.

Hot Stones

Hot stone massage offers deep relaxation by using heated stones placed on key areas of the body to soothe muscles and relieve tension. The heat helps improve circulation, promoting faster muscle recovery and reducing pain. It also induces a calming effect, easing stress and promoting emotional well-being. This type of massage can be especially beneficial for those with chronic pain, muscle stiffness, or tension, as the warmth helps to deeply penetrate and relax tight muscles.

Cupping

Soft plastic cups are used in a form of cupping therapy that involves creating gentle suction on the skin used for gliding or flashing massage, the cups are lubricated with oil and moved smoothly over the skin, creating a light, controlled suction that promotes blood flow without leaving marks. Unlike traditional cupping, which uses stationary cups to create deeper suction and potentially cause bruising, gliding or flashing techniques focus on moving the cups to stimulate muscles and tissues without causing any visible marks. This method provides therapeutic benefits while maintaining a more gentle approach to muscle relief.
